About Eloisa Smith, LMFT

Eloisa Smith, LMFT, is a highly-skilled and licensed marriage and family therapist at Zeam Medical Group. From two office locations in Roseville and Folsom, California, Eloisa provides compassionate and evidence-based care to all her patients.

She has 18 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She believes in tailoring her therapeutic approach to her client's specific needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavior Therapy (MBCT), Solution Focused Therapy, Family Systems, and Humanistic and Psychodynamic approaches.

Eloisa’s practice includes mood and personality disorders, anxiety disorders, women’s health issues, self-concept and self-esteem issues, and life stages and transitions. She is also skilled in marital counseling and helps clients with marriage, family, and relationship issues.

She views her role as a therapist as meeting the client wherever they are with their issues by supporting them along the path toward well-being.

Eloisa is bilingual, providing services in English and Spanish. She has experience working with diverse populations and is sensitive to spirituality, culture, sexuality, and gender concerns.
