I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from William Jessup University and a Bachelor of Arts in Cinema-Television from the University of Southern California. My background uniquely informs the way I view each client’s life as a meaningful story—one filled with victories, challenges, growth, and resilience.
I incorporate a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), for which I have received formal training. I also utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman method, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Christian counseling when desired by clients. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that meaningful change is always possible.
I look forward to working with individuals, as well as couples to strengthen marriages, navigate life’s struggles, pursue freedom from depression, anxiety, addiction, personality disorders, trauma, and grow in emotional and mental wellness. I believe that while life presents profound challenges, each person has the capacity to overcome adversity and rewrite their story into one of hope, healing, and inspiration.
Having lived in different parts of the world, I have developed a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and backgrounds. I am passionate about working with people of all nationalities and walks of life, creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel seen, valued, and understood.
