Hello! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to creating a warm, empathetic, and grounding therapeutic space in sessions. I specialize in guiding individuals through their personal journeys toward healing and internal growth.
My approach is rooted in a humanistic, person-centered perspective with incorporation of trauma-informed and culturally sensitive practices to tailor my support to each client’s unique needs and goals. With certifications in EMDR/CID, AAT, TF-CBT, and teaching from other modalities, I offer an evidence-based treatment approach designed to address and alleviate the impacts of various life experiences.
My commitment is to treat the whole person, fostering resilience and emotional healing through a compassionate and informed therapeutic process.
My primary areas of clinical focus include trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, adjustment issues, self-esteem, and ADHD. While I emphasize a holistic approach, I also integrate evidence-based modalities and collaborate with clients to ensure they feel centered and empowered in their therapeutic journey.
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development from Sacramento State University and my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from William Jessup University. Outside of work, you can usually find me spending quality time with my dog, going on mindful walks, eating great food, and enjoying time with my loved ones.
