We are currently seeking a compassionate and forward-thinking Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join our growing team serving Sacramento, Roseville, and Folsom.
Position Highlights

- Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends

- Base salary starting at $300,000+
(Final compensation depends on reimbursement structure, experience, and production model)

Responsibilities
- Medication management and interventional psychiatric treatment, including TMS, Spravato®, and ketamine therapy
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across a broad range of psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD, and trauma-related disorders
- Collaborate with therapists, APPs, and primary care providers on integrated treatment plans
- Utilize EHR and clinical technology platforms as part of daily patient care
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
- Active DEA license
- Fully licensed in the State of California
Preferred Experience
- Interest in or experience with Spravato® and IV ketamine treatment modalities
- Interest in or experience with TMS and interventional psychiatry
- Experience with outpatient and telepsychiatry care models
Clinicians without prior ketamine or TMS experience will receive training and support, though openness to these treatment modalities is strongly preferred.

The salary range posted is an estimate based on the average earnings of current clinicians. Actual compensation may vary depending on production model results, hours worked, ramp-up time, licensure, and overall experience. Final compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
